We had an instance where, at the last minute, the key person could not take care of the ordering and other duties. We were approaching the Christmas holidays and needed to navigate the holiday supplier closures. I contacted suppliers to organize a Gantt chart for organizational purposes, then checked with the team and pulled people in from other areas to help cover what was needed, including trainers for the beginning of the course, end-of-course closing, and the service period between courses.
I acted in this capacity remotely for quite some time while attending to other jobs simultaneously, going to the Centre every few weeks.

I also used them to develop a vertical GPU bracket, collaborating with team members in Taiwan, Ukraine, Sri Lanka, and locally. You can see these projects on my Product Design page. I led the development of safety protocols for reopening, working with health professionals and the board to create user stories and flows. We successfully implemented a comprehensive COVID-19 safety plan (draft excerpt above), approved by local health authorities and our insurance provider.
